Ryokan Sakurai
旅館さくらい

A ryokan in a quiet corner away from the bustle of Ikaho Onsen. Its pride is a panoramic open-air bath looking out over Mt. Akagi, one of Gunma's famous peaks, and it has four kinds of private baths (kashikiri) filled with Ikaho's renowned Shirogane no Yu onsen water. Local dishes made with Joshu beef and other regional ingredients are also served. By train, change at Shibukawa Station to a local bus for a 20-minute ride. Parking is free, and a shuttle runs to the entrance of the Stone Steps street of Ikaho Onsen.
